Xtreme Tyres – Refund Policy At Xtreme Tyres, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
  • The product is faulty or defective due to manufacturing issues
  • The incorrect product was supplied
  • The product was damaged prior to fitting

    • All refund requests must be made before the tyre is fitted or used, unless the issue is a proven manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Refundable Items We do not offer refunds for:
  • Tyres that have been fitted, used, or damaged after installation
  • Change of mind purchases
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, incorrect fitting, road hazards, or lack of maintenance
3. Inspection & Approval All returned tyres will be inspected by Xtreme Tyres.
If a manufacturing defect is suspected, the tyre may be sent to the supplier or manufacturer for assessment. Refunds or replacements are subject to their approval.
4. Refund Method
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Refunds do not include fitting, balancing, or service fees
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
5. Exchanges Where applicable, we may offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund.
6. Proof of Purchase A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund or exchange requests.
